Kelly H. Swanson has been practicing law since 1974 in Nevada. He is also licensed in Arkansas.

Through his long career Mr. Swanson has handled almost every type of situation which affects clients. His practice and training have taken him all over the country. He has served clients in complex litigation; licensing and enforcement proceedings and all types of general and business planning transactions, all levels including complex Estate Planning, Asset protection and tax avoidance. Over his career Mr. Swanson has learned that legal matters are simply another form of conflict resolution. The earlier and less expensive result usually is of maximum benefit to the client.

The goal is to simplify information given to clients and prospective clients to allow them to make an informed and wise decision about their problem or planning situation.

Mr. Swanson has also served a judge, arbitrator and mediator. He has been on the Board of Governors of the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association, has served on the Nevada Medical -Legal Screening Panel and the Fee Dispute Committee of the State Bar of Nevada.
